Acceptable Use Policy

1. Policy Purpose​

To protect user experience, system integrity, and legal compliance for all customers of Hope Valley Cloud.

2. Prohibited Activities​

Without prior written approval, you must not:

  • Host or distribute illegal or illicit content, copyright violations, hate speech, or extremist material.
  • Use services to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails.
  • Upload malware, ransomware, Trojans, or any code intended to compromise systems.
  • Conduct brute-force attacks, password cracking, port scans, or DDoS attacks.
  • Overuse shared resources (CPU, RAM, I/O) impacting other customers.
  • Resell or redistributive services unless through a specified reseller agreement.

3. Monitoring & Enforcement​

  • We reserve the right to monitor activity.
  • Violations may lead to immediate account suspension or termination and forfeiture of refunds.
  • We may cooperate with law enforcement or rights-holders as required.

4. Reporting Violations​

Email support@hopevalley.cloud with detailed incident info (IP, timestamps, logs, etc.). You can also reach us via WhatsApp at +358 46 5795294.

5. Revisions​

Policy changes take effect upon posting online. Use of Services after changes indicates acceptance.
